Illustrative Grrid map with household bubbles, homeowner labels and assigned turf

Know where to go.

Open your assigned turf. See the doors, the history and where to pick up. Less figuring it out. More getting out there.

Your turf. Your next door.

A knock. Two taps. Onward.

Not home, not interested, or a reason to go back. Log what happened while it’s fresh and keep moving down the street.

Built for one hand and a busy day.

A good conversation deserves a next step.

Find an open sit window and set the appointment. The closer can be assigned after booking, so a handoff doesn’t hold up the doorstep.

From a conversation to a time on the calendar.

Keep the handoff together.

The appointment, power bill and setter’s notes stay together. Give the closer the context before they arrive, then follow the sit through its outcome.

Appointment details, ready for the handoff.

See the whole picture.

Knocks, conversations, sets and sits, with the context to understand them. Give leaders a shared view of the work, without another end-of-day spreadsheet.

Trust is in the small things. What saved. What changed. Who gets credit. What happens next.

Know what saved.

Log the knock at the tap. If it’s still sending, you see it. If it fails, you see that too. The app keeps you informed when the signal gets weak.

Coming soon

Less time turning a day into notes. More context before a sit. Coaching that starts with your actual work. This is where Grrid is headed.

The planned flow transcribes your note, suggests a disposition and return time, and lets you review before saving.

“Nobody home. Come back Thursday after five.”
  • Suggested outcome: Go back
  • Return: Thursday, after 5 PM

A few good
questions.

Who is Grrid built for?

Door-to-door sales reps and the leaders who support them. Grrid is built around residential solar field work: turf, knocks, sets and sits.

Does Grrid replace our CRM?

Grrid connects the field workflow. Proposals, financing and the rest of your CRM workflow stay in the tools that handle them.

Can our organization have its own setup?

Organizations have separate data and access boundaries. Leaders manage offices, teams and leadership within their permitted scope. Self-serve organization signup is not available yet.

What about APIs and webhooks?

Shared APIs and webhooks are on the roadmap. They will support each organization’s workflows. Availability and supported events still need to be defined.

Are the AI features available today?

Not yet. Voice knock notes and cited closer sit briefs come first in the approved direction. Analytics coaching is planned for later. The examples above are concepts, not live features.

How do teams get started?

Grrid currently uses managed onboarding and private app distribution. Public app-store availability and self-serve signup are not live. A demo will walk through fit and rollout for your team.
